If you already have an existing Australian inbound 1300 number and would like to take advantage of our lower rates to reduce your 1300 number costs, you can easily transfer your services (and numbers) to us for billing. There are no term contracts and no interruptions to your service.

Things you should know. Calls are billed pro-rata in 1 second increments. Rates are quoted per minute and exclude GST. There is NO flagfall or call connection Fee. Inbound call rates vary based on caller location and answering point. Notes on FREE talk time: Applies only to Saver and Super Saver 1300 number plans and only to calls originating from a local fixed landline and terminating at a fixed landline. Normal plan rates apply after first FREE 30 minutes for the Saver plan. Advertised rates may change without notice and are for new On-Net customers. Off-Net rates may be slightly higher. A minimum charge of 15c applies on 1300 inbound calls from national, international or mobile origin (does NOT apply to free talk timeon 1300 numbers and calls to 1300 numbers originating from a local landline). A minimum charge of 15c applies on all inbound calls to 1800 numbers. A $19 setup fee applies to each new inbound number. Unless otherwise stated, there are NO term contracts. We require 1 calendar month's notice if you are changing carriers or closing your account. Current rates are for new customers applying via this website. Services are available only to credit approved customers who pay by direct debit. Not applicable for existing customers or competitors. Includes standard level of routing/barring.
