Normal plan rates apply after first FREE 20 minutes. Advertised rates may change without notice and are for new On-Net customers. Off-Net rates may be slightly higher. A minimum charge of 15c applies on 1300 inbound calls from national, international or mobile origin (does NOT apply to 20 min free time on 1300 numbers and calls to 1300 numbers originating from a local landline). A minimum charge of 15c applies on all inbound calls to 1800 numbers. A $19 setup fee applies to each new inbound number. Unless otherwise stated, there are NO term contracts or Cancellation Fees. However, we require 1 calendar months notice if you are changing carriers or closing your account. Current rates are only for new customers applying via this website. Services are only available to credit approved customers who pay by Direct Debit. Not applicable for existing customers or competitors. Includes standard level of routing/barring.
