1300 Numbers Cost: Monthly Call Plans

The cost of 1300 numbers for your business can be categorised into three. The cost of getting a 1300 number, the cost of a 1300 number call plan with related call costs, and a once-off setup charge of $30.

For callers, the cost of calling a 1300 number is based on the type of phone they are calling from. Their mobile/phone provider determines what call rate is applied. For the business, the cost of 1300 number calls are based on caller location and your answerpoint (where you answer your calls). When people call your 1300 number, you will be charged according to the rate of the plan you select.

Additional 1300 number costs apply when you enhance your service with add-on services such as a Live Phone Answering Service and Voice Prompt (IVR) Menus.
